This project reflects a contemporary architectural approach in designing governmental buildings, through the use of local materials (red brick) and a volumetric composition that responds to the surrounding urban context.
The design focuses on creating an efficient working environment while integrating open public spaces and shaded green areas for visitors and clients.
The project also embodies the values of institutional openness and transparency through continuous glazed façades and dynamic massing that adds rhythm to the form without compromising the building’s formal identity.
