01 — Overview

The Fifth Dimension – A Home with Architectural SoulThis house is not just a composition of walls and ceilings — it is an attempt to create a "fifth dimension" that transcends physical space and touches the emotional core. Designed for those who seek comfort and identity, the project balances solid and void, silence and movement. It invites its residents into a space that feels uniquely their own.At the heart of the design lies the central courtyard — the breathing core — where light becomes the unseen material that shapes the day.Natural textures like brick, wood, and earthy tones ground the home in simplicity, while subtle details create depth and intimacy. Every corner tells a quiet story. Every void allows for reflection. Here, architecture doesn't impose — it gently accompanies life.

The transitional space was positioned away from the northern boundary to optimize natural light, creating two facades for the living room. Internally, the colors and materials reflect the home’s interior design, ensuring a seamless flow between spaces without rigid separation. This enhances the sense of openness and comfort throughout the house. Additionally, a skylight was introduced in one corner of the transitional space to bring more natural light into the home’s interior, fostering a bright and airy atmosphere.
