Architectural Detail Designer

We are seeking an Architectural Detail Designer with a strong technical background and a passion for construction detailing. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating design concepts into comprehensive technical documentation and detailed construction packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawings, detailing packages, and built project experience.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and public projects is preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction systems, building materials, and technical coordination.
• Ability to prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of local construction practices and building regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation packages.
• Prepare wall sections, joinery details, material junctions, and technical details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Review material specifications and technical submissions.
• Support site teams by providing technical clarifications and detailing solutions.
• Ensure consistency between design intent, technical documentation, and construction requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining the quality and accuracy of project documentation throughout all project phases.
